4 years ago today…

…the most amazing woman in the world agreed to spend the rest of her life with me. She is a beautiful wife, a wonderful mother, an attentive help-meet, and the best friend I've ever had.

House and wealth are inherited from fathers, but a prudent wife is from the Lord.

I still wonder how a guy like me was able to get a girl like her to agree to marry me. The only explanation I can come up with is that our God has been abundantly gracious to me, blessing me with a wife far better than I deserve.

In reality, I would probably be much better paired with the quarrelsome wife of Proverbs 25:24 or Proverbs 27:15. Praise God for his grace.
